Very Poor Customer Service if you have a problem....I did.
They did not update the service history of my Audi on Audi's database as they promised they would.
Many phone calls and emails later, they say there is nothing they can do now as a "10 day" window to upload the details has passed.....Rubbish, just YOU get your error sorted!
