Couldn't be more pleased, we called because we needed a pest control company to come out quickly and get rid of in rat that we were hearing in our attic. the office lady scheduled someone and had them out the same day, and I kid you not that the rat was caught by the time we were wrapping up the service paying the technician who was out to treat. We could not be happier!!!
