My platinum wedding band is perfect. The engraving on the inside of it is beautiful. I contacted customer services as I was ordering the ring last minute. They assured me that they would get it to me on time. Then I’d ordered the wrong size so emailed again the day after I’d made the order and they changed the size. The service from staff at Joshua James both in the phone and by email was excellent.
