Unfortunately I had to give you 1 star should have been 0 stars. Placed an order through another company cancelled the following day but you insisted to send out parcel 2 of 2. Which I have now sitting in my shed up opened and but box damaged. Took day off work unpaid for you to collect but you failed to collect. Came back with me to dispose off 5/6 ft long item again at my expense. I refused now you want another day again at my expense to collect. You really are taking the p*** Have arranged another day but it will be outside and hopefully it won’t get nicked by some unscrupulous person
