5 stars for Nathan James customer service. I had some intial issues and concerns with these stools. Amanda at Customer Service reached out and was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, patient and professional. There was an issue with 2 of the stool's cross bar foot rests which I was able to correct with her patient guidance. Initially I felt the cushions were a bit too firm but they are softening and becoming more comfortable. These look great in my kitchen. I would call these more suede than faux leather as an FYI
