I purchased from them a £2000 Sony A7IV body with and £2000 Sony 24-70, 2.8 GII lens. Body delivered in 4 days, lens never arrived. As a response to my email to their customer support they started blaming the delivery company, being very rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned that I'll give them a bad feedback they threatened me to cancel my warranty if I do so. I asked for a senior manager to contact me, never happened. Asked for a refund, after 3 weeks still no refund given. AVOID THEM, you're risking your money.. and there is no original waranty on their products.
