I thought this was a great idea, subscribed for around a year. Then I got bores of paying over the top for cheap socks (the boxers are great). I tried to cancel, didn't work, tried again, didn't work. So I cancelled my direct debit like a normal human being refused to cancel a subscription that is pre-paid. Remember the "pre-paid" part. I then received an email saying my payment didn't go through (wow, now they want money but no cancellations allowed). I ignored it as I still couldn't cancel, figuring someone who would provide a contact number or email address to cancel. Guess what? No, they instead sent me a threatening email to pay £14 (yes, threatening me to prepay) or else debt collectors will be assigned to collect £40. Why not cancel the subscription due to no payment??? This company has bad maths, bad ethics and sure as hell don't deserve another penny of my business. I will share this review wherever I can to save as many people as I can from this toxic behaviour. OTA, do you think you can contact me now???
