I've tried several months running to cancel this "subscription" to no avail, so then cancelled my D.D.. I've now received FOUR reminders to pay the outstanding month! Each time I've gone back onto my account to find that my account has an "open" payments unable to be cancelled, so I've attempted to pay it but the payment won't go through! Emailed them, they send me links or want bank transfer AND screenshots of proof.. SENT them all the proof AND have now gotten the COURT action email 🙄 FU 🖕🏼OTA... AVOID!!! See pics below..
