Scammers. Julia Marcolina, Jorn Besselink and Maurice Hoek have been reported to actonfraud, trading standards, Barclaycard and Paypal. As others have noted, deceptive and anti-consumer practices are being employed to obtain card numbers and then fraudulently bill customers who have made it abundantly clear that they do not agree to such charges. This is fraud by deception with intent to permanently deprive. Any consumer who has been conned should also contact actionfraud and obtain a crime reference number to produce to their card providers immediately.
