Truly Abysmal and incompetent. What an awful first experience and introduction to Octopus! I have just completed buying a house and received and I receive a "welcome" letter from Octopus. Clearly the previous people were with this incompetent outfit. Their letter, which was very clear, gives you instructions to follow to create a new account with them. Step 1: head to octopus.energy / movein You are then presented with two options: 1: I'm new 2: I've been with Octopus before The first option applies to myself as I have never been with this outfit before. Click on I'm new, then they ask for my postcode and the 4 digit setup code which they have provided in their "welcome" letter. Only to then get a message saying "something went wrong. Please try again later. Error: We already have an account for this property. I thought I'd be smart and select the other option, which does not apply to me, only to be told Octopus can't deal with me as I don't have an account. I think I'll just move OVO to my new property and avoid these jellyfish like the plague. Can't even set up a new customer with their welcome letter and instructions. Letter reference: A-F15BF696
