Was completely missold when signing up.
I was shown a cheaper tariff by the salesperson at the time which was very interested in. The difference between his tariff and mine was a smart meter. I have already had fitted with a previous company. Unfortunately/apparently there is no way they can connect to the existing smart meter so I have to wait for one to be fitted…. My existing one was fitted within weeks of signing up.
I signed up in November to octopus energy. I signed up to get a smart meter in December and now it’s March I’m still no closer to the cheaper tariffs I was promised.
Where is the customer service?
Where is the fulfilment of promises?
How has this company won awards?
One thing is for sure. They had profits of £203 million in 2023!!!
