Service is no better than just normal f irbre, before you join you could ring and phones answered straight away, but now wanting to cancel as get 14 days, every time I ring which has been about 30 times, all options just ring and ring and ring, avoid, I've rung bt and am staying with them. Avoid possible the worst internet provider there is.
