I have been force by them to swap to smart meter and we agreed that's going to be pay as go so I can top up using the app first it was OK so I top up now I would to top up after few days I couldn't see the option what they did they changed me to monthly without my consent. I got emails saying that my plan is pay as you go but the app saying different things.
