Joined octopus 6 weeks ago just paid a bill for £208.59 which is almost double what we were paying with OVO now we have paid our next bill is for £205.27 again almost double spoke to customer service very unhelpful very rude we are now leaving octopus and joining eon extra quoted us at £97 for gas and electricity good bye octopus stuff your contract up your rear end this will teach you not to rip people off
