I was with shell and I got transferred to Octopous I always give my meter reading online on my app I only use 3 heaters and my fist bill with them my first month £800 absolutely disgusting they are legally rubbing people making millions of profit I am looking to change to another energy supplier. I am very disappointed the worst energy supplier AVOID THIS ENERGY SUPPLIER.
