I was charged £11.78 for a delivery for an item I was returning that cost me £80 to purchase. Then without any notice they took another £78…. From my account. I did get an email with another invoice but no proper explanation so to return an £80 product cost me over £90 to return.
They keep saying about it being over 300cms Wow I think not. I sent them the measurements but they want a picture with a tape measure against it. Well who takes that? If the light weight airer was over 3 meters that is some airer.
