Criteria needs far more ability to fine tune as explained before.
The best bit of RM over PL & Zoopla is that the listing of "favourites/saved properties" keeps them on the list even after they have been sold or taken off the market. It is very useful to check on a "newly added"property which you think was on with another agent at a different price previously. I am able to keep tabs on a couple of properties I would like to offer on when we have more traction on our sale.
