OK, here I go......I made the mistake of reading the reviews AFTER I had ordered my roofing materials. I then panicked and tried to call to cancel my order. However, I spoke to Tracy in Customer Services and she agreed to email me with a definite delivery date. Thought I'd give them a couple of days to meet the deadline and if not, cancel the order. Didn't need to worry as the order arrived on time (2-4 days) and undamaged. It's up to you whether you use these, but they're cheap and worse case you have 14 days to cancel under Consumer Rights Act. I've been happy with the service.
