Poor service I attempted to purchase a part 6 or 7 times on there online store using different bank cards from different banks. Each time the transaction came up with an error and took the many, I would then send through an email to have the payment voided which they did reply promptly. However when I asked for help on how to purchase the product I was met with zero help telling me it was a me problem with my bank and it would be a while to sort out. To which I've still not heard anything back 2 weeks later. They seem to hold the monopoly on this particular part which leave me in a very back position.
