Been a Specsavers customer at least 15 years. Never again, the quality of both pairs (same) glasses was total garbage. Both pairs are literally falling apart (lenses falling out of mounts/nose pads disintegrating, one pair I lost the screw whilst lens dropped out and it's now zip tied🤦) after less than 10 months, they weren't cheap either (wide varifocals) If they see me again it will only be for an eye test.
The staff were also extremely jumped up, however the actual optician was nice.
