I’ve purchased 3 pairs of replacement lenses from Tajima. The first lenses were a replacement for scratched Warby Parker glasses. The replacement lenses are perfect and it was an easy straightforward process. I had an unusual request because I also wanted to get transition lenses in very curved sunglass frames. I had searched several manufacturers before happening upon Tajima. I had emailed a couple and was told that progressive transition lenses couldn’t be made for the highly curved frames. Jacob at Tajima was able to make the transition progressive lens replacements. Unfortunately, with the highly curved lenses, the hi-tech Trivex lenses had a very slight distortion effect that wasn’t present on my less curved glasses. I was able to work with Jacob directly and ultimately the lenses were remade in Polycarbonate, which didn’t have the distortion effect. The transition progressive sunglasses are perfect now! It truly reveals the character of a company in how they handle the occasional problems that inevitably happen with all products. I think it was more a problem with my eyes rather than the product, but Jacob helped resolve the issue. I was very impressed with the troubleshooting process and ultimately they replaced the lenses with another material. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Tajima Direct is a high-class company that goes above and beyond to help its customers. Their lenses are top-notch, and in the unlikely event that there is a problem, the customer service is unparalleled. I will definitely purchase replacement lenses from them again! Monty
