Everytime I fly American Air, they screw up.
Horrible customer service. Baggage service, forget it. Unions and good customer service are not related.
I canceled my Southwest Flight as I was worried about the problems. Paid BIG money for first class on AA, and they still do not load my luggage.
I think AA stands for Alcoholics Anonymous as the American Airlines employees are all messed up.
NEVER fly them.
