Disgraceful service and communication
As I wrote this, have now been sat awaiting rescue since just past 5:30pm yesterday Dec 12th. It’s now 1:25am on the 13th.
I have called three times, had numerous false ETAs, via text AND their linked “live” site that has not updated for over four hours
Upon my second call finally getting through, I was told that I was being put on a “priority” (call answered at just before 10pm) Called again at 11:19pm and was told I’d be picked up at 1:15 am. From then on in when I called your number because I’m not getting any “live” updates, the message when I click option 1 is saying “12am on the 1st of January”.
It’s now 1:30am. Messaged to say pick up is 2:10am, driver has just called me.
Absolutely disgusting levels of service, utterly abysmal communication via both the tech designed to make it easy and the “people” when you finally speak to someone…disgraceful.
