I ordered 5 lbs of peeled green chile and had it sent to my daughter in Southern California. She received it in 2 days and in good condition. She made green chile chicken enchiladas that she sent photo of. They look delicious, and she said they tasted that way. Made her homesick for her Southern New Mexico roots. Glad to see she learned to cook from her mother and grand mother. I was pleased with the product and service
