Recently ordered roasted frozen chile. The website was very clear and easy to use. Products were clearly described (peeled, seeded, whole, etc). Two day shipping was included so there were no extra shipping charges at checkout. They followed up before shipping with an email giving opportunity for corrections if anything was incorrect. Shipment arrived exactly when they said it would. My new go-to place for chile!
