We stop off at Severn View M48 on our way to/from Cornwall. The staff are so kind and helpful, like when I had to rinse out hubby's shirt because of a spill, they even gave me a plastic bag to put it in as it was damp. We travel with our pet cat, one time she had a scare, pulled her head out of her harness and ran off. The staff were just great.
