After ordering from Burger King which was 2 hours late, I checked the progress on the map and refreshed the page which then somehow put through a second order that had been in a basket at another restaurant. I tried to cancel the order on the app several times but was presented with a blank page. I then called customer support who advised just to accept the order and make a complaint through the app. He then marked the complaint as resolved. I then tried to contact them again on them again via email which was ignored. I then made a complaint via the app and was advised that I hadn’t complained within the time frame. I was charged nearly £60 quid for 2 meals from 2 separate restaurants for 1 person. All of the food was very late and subsequently cold and inedible. I’ll never use them for anything again
