USMobile is a wonderful company! As well as providing the amazing blessing of this truly budget friendly phone service, their customer service is top notch. They make themselves very accessible, and I never feel rushed or as though I am an annoyance, though I am new to much cell phone technology. It's great to be able to actually speak to a person, too, as well as having the online chat option. Every time I have needed help, they are so very kind and patient, as well as efficient and competent. Today I had a lovely conversation with Nobel, a young (I assume! :-) ) man, who has all of these attributes in spades.
