I wrote my review note with Five Stars about my first interaction with US Mobil team member. But when its come to practicality, I received serious disappointment. I was assured by agent Dia that I will be receiving sim cards package in two days as on payment rush delivery order as I had time lines to meet. But I did not receive even on Wednesday. When I called to inquire, gentleman Akash tried to show me left and rights rather acknowledging. Because of this false promise, I am out of timeline now and I am seriously disappointed with the service; I received.
