I've been with US Mobile for a couple of years now and I find them to be by far the best MVNO cellular operator in the United States. Their customer support is second to none. I just finished a support call with an agent named Muhammad Farman. This man's level of kindness, concern, and knowledge was off the charts excellent! US Mobile should feel lucky to have customer support agents like him. All of my previous interactions with US Mobile have been A+ but I would have to give this last one with Muhammad an A++. He made the normal tedious problem of switching to a new phone simple and he got it accomplished within minutes. Great job, highly recommended!
