You suspended an order because your app wasn't showing the tracking. I chased down the proof of delivery myself. The buyer confirmed in the messages. I screenshotted the confirmation and him asking if there was anything he could to help (what would have helped was him confirming he received it three days ago, but that's another matter) now because his confirmation isn't worded the EXACT way you want it, you won't unsuspend the account so he can confirm he has received it and everything is ok with the order. If this guy is not honest, you have basically given him an invitation to not pay and I've now just been told if he doesn't you will make a decision "based on the information available", which based on previous exchanges is that you have no proof it was delivered when I sent you the In post screenshot showing that it was
