Rented a car for 4 days in Malta through VIP Cars. When we arrived at the desk i payed the rental cost and then i was informed that i had to pay extra fees which ofcourse were never mentioned and when i asked why i have to pay these fees the crook at the desk opened a link in the “terms and conditions” and in the third page she showed me these fees. I refused to rent the car under these conditions and she told me that i will lose the rental cost i had payed 2 minutes ago. Totally crooks and unprofessionals. Just stay away.
