I ordered a top and when I was told it would take 3-7 days to pack before sending I requested a cancellation. I was charged $25 to do so but that’s ok because I was going to have to return the top anyway (it wouldn’t arrive in time for my event).
The refund has been processed and I’m just waiting for it to land in my bank account, I haven’t had any issues with communication at all.
