This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from them - it is not worth the risk. I ordered a Margiela top from them in what they listed as Italian 40 size. It turned up and it was French 40 so two sizes too big. I immediately wrote to them, told them their mistake and asked for a return label. No response. I emailed 2 more times and eventually got a response 5 days later asking to see pictures of the product before they could refund me. I sent the pictures. Another few days went by. I got a response saying it was too late for them to receive the package (their return time is 10 days). They won’t answer any more emails so now i am stuck with something in the wrong size which I never would have bought. Soon after, i went on line (I probably should have done that before) and I read so many reviews of people who had gone through the same thing. It is the worst. There are so many trustful retailers out there - choose one of those instead. The money it looks like you save on Cettire is not worth the grief of dealing with them.
