placed an order two weeks ago and it has still not been shipped nor notification of anything - just showing in the account as ‘preparing’. Their website states ‘expected delivery is 4-7 days’. I have asked repeatedly to cancel the order but they say they can’t. I have missed being able to wear the item due to never receiving it. They took the payment of over $3000 immediately for a very expensive item and I still have no information about the whereabouts or expected delivery. The customer service is pointless and unable to provide any information. Will never use this website again.
