I ordered a pair of Gucci boots over a month ago and I’m still waiting for an update of the order. Their website stated that the order is pending with no estimated date of shipping. The only way to contact them is through email which in an of itself very frustrating because they do not follow up. They don’t even know where my boots are and yet they’ve collected my funds. They are a scam do not trust them!!!!
