I have returned the bag and received refund but it was COUPON POINT….. in the item of Return, they clearly say “Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method” (We can find both in website and app!) I sent email that
I want them to refund to my bank connected to my credit card as my original payment method, and they REFUSE….. I am really confused and sending the email again to explain them…Even though the amount is not small at all and there is the terms and conditions, they did this to me. This is really like scam🙁🙁🙁
