I was leary of using this vendor but it was the end of the year and I needed to make a quick purchase. The item arrived. Although it looked beautiful, the item had no tags aside from the inside one. It looked authentic to me. Yet I sent the item back because I found it 50% cheaper with another retailer. Cettire contacted me to let me know the item had reached their returns department. However, it has now been 2 weeks and I still do not have a refund and no one provide intel to me via their customer service email. I want my money back and I want Cettire to stop ruining my 2024. Now I am stuck with no refund and I've also run out of time to return the 1/2 price item because Cettire won't contact me! I won't buy from them again. Customer service is poor.
