I wish I read the reviews on this page sooner... I am seeing many have had the exact same experience. Impossible to return despite their advertised return policy. Website does not produce return labels and after 2 full weeks of emailing customer service I still have not received a label AND my return period is up now. We have had back and forth emails for 2 weeks! Do not order anything unless you are absolutely sure about it. The worst customer service EVER and clearly non-refundable product and falsely advertised.
