I have ordered from Cettire a number of times and have been satisfied. My most recent purchase was two items, neither fit. I went online to process the return, I received an error message that said to contact customer service. I did that explaining what was happening with a screen shot of the error message. They responded with a generic auto reply email. I then emailed the next day saying that I cannot process the return and I need a “real” response. I was again met with the generic response email. I then emailed AGAIN and then when I received a response they told me now it was too late to process the return because I was beyond the 10 day return window. So now I have 2k worth of items I cannot even wear. I will not be ordering from them again.
