I ordered a MaxMara weekend dress from Cettire; when I tried it it was too tight, so I returned it and ordered one size larger from Cettire. The whole process, from ordering to receiving and order by Fedex, to also processing and picking up my return was miraculously easy and fast! I am now waiting for Cettire to process the refund and return the money of my first order to my Visa, hopefully that will also be done in a timely manner, 10 days after they receive the returned item.
