Een paar beschadigde uggs ontvangen van Cettire! Duidelijke foto’s en zelfs video gemaild naar de klantenservice, want een telefoonnummer hebben ze natuurlijk niet. Ik mocht de uggs retour sturen en zou een volledige refund krijgen. Nu houden ze toch 25 euro retourkosten in!! Voor een fout die zij maken!! Niet bestellen bij deze oplichters!!!
