I was finding it difficult to stick to a plan that worked within my lifestyle and something that would be sustainable in the long term. I was putting more of a focus on exercise with not much of a focus on what I was actually eating.
I wasn't sure about MyBodyTutor when I heard about it on Twitter. There are a lot of promises sold online about what some program or course can actually do, so I was doubtful that this would be any different.
My goal in joining was to lose weight sustainably. I started at around 163 lbs and am now down to 147 lbs. More importantly, though, I feel like I know exactly how to do this again when / if I need to easily and sustainably.
The accountability piece of the program is huge. The daily logging with daily check-ins is where it shines.
And just a note about my coach Amy: It’s rare to find someone who’s a true expert in their field, and I feel so fortunate to have met her. I’d like to say it was a struggle to lose all this weight, but the truth is that she made it so easy for me.
It didn’t feel like I was dieting. I was just truly getting more in tune with my hunger + replacing some of my go-tos with real nutrients. She knew exactly how to coach me and keep me accountable, and I’m so thankful for her!
