To be honest- I was a little nervous ordering. The price seemed a little too good to be true. Then I got the first shipment was just the accessories. Still a little nervous. But then about a week later - got delivery notice. Neon Sign was in a huge extremely well packaged shipping "crate". solid wood protection of the sign. Sign was simply perfect. I couldn't of been happier with the product and I would gladly purchase from them again.
