Excellent service and communication.
Our flight arrived 1 hour early and the driver (Maurizio) changed his plan and was waiting for us at the airport by the time we had cleared customs. No fuss.
The driver returning us to the airport (Davide) was 30 mins early but was happy to wait for us to finish packing. Again, no fuss.
All communication was via emails before the appointments and then via WhatsApp after the initial contacts.
Both drivers were polite, wearing face-masks (this review is during Covid-19), professional and early.
Can't ask for more.
