Customer service has not refunded my $99 that they charged me for no service. They claim that my refund has already been refunded back to my credit card. That was in August that they took my $99, and still have not refunded my money.

Waited for 4 hours no update. I called and waited for 45 minutes with no answer and chat service didn’t work either. You’re better off not dealing with them

Awful experience, wasted my Saturday afternoon waiting for technician to arrive. Called 4 times with each call the customer service agent said he was on his way. There was no communication whatsoever and when I called the last time to cancel the whole thing there was no apology. 1 800 battery you should be ashamed of yourself and I will be contacting the better business bureau

Actually, I am pretty disappointed with the service and the overall experience. The agent arrived 20 minutes after the assigned timeframe. He didn't have anything identifying him as a 1-800 employee - no hat, shirt, id, etc. No signage on his car either. My wife asked him for some id and he showed her his phone with the appointment time. He had a poor attitude with my wife's questions and frankly, he was rude to her. With the price I paid - over $300 for a car battery - I expected more. Sorry, I will not be a repeat customer and I will not be recommending you to anyone.

An initial appointment was missed, as an upgrade was needed not identified by cross-reference to the specific vehicle. Tech was directed to a different address, causing him to miss his window by about an hour. The battery required a pairing/registration process that was noted by this customer in the initial contact, and then upon approving the upgrade, with a clear understanding this would be included in the grand total. Tech wanted to collect an additional fee on-site for the pairing. This additional fee was not paid. Beware of extra fees. Tech was courteous and professional. The Customer service representative was also courteous but seemed frustrated by the 1-800 corporate process.

Scam company! Placed an order to have a battery delivered and installed on September 30th - I decided to take a different route so I cancelled this order. The other route fell through, so I placed an order again October 2nd for a tech to come out October 3rd. I believe they gave a 4 hour window for a tech to arrive… it was getting very close to the end of the timeframe so I called directly. Guess what? They don’t even have a tech in my area to fulfill the order and they didn’t bother to even let me know. After a few days, I see I didn’t get a refund so I contacted them on the chat. Was told I would get a refund. Called again on October 9th, was also told I was getting a refund.. now it’s October 20th and still no refund. Called and the guy didn’t even show a refund in the system. Where’s my money? Stay away from this scam operation!

Ordered a replacement battery. They took the money and when I called them a day later they said "cancel the order, we currently do not have coverage in your area." But you accepted the order! And you got the money! What if I hadn't called them myself? How long would it take them to figure out that they couldn't do what they promised?

I purchased a Diehard battery for $323.99, with delivery and installation it came out to $376.04. The tech came out and instead of installing the battery I paid for, installed an FVP battery that I found on the FVP website for $150. A little less than a full year later, I wasn't able to start my car and when taking it to get tested found out the battery was dead. I contacted 1-800-battery and was told I needed to pay $50 for them to send someone out and an additional $100 deposit. If the battery is found faulty then I get $50 of my deposit back, so at a minimum I'd have to pay another $100 for the $376 battery that didn't even last a year, about $500 for a $150 battery! Very mediocre product and even worse service. Avoid at all cost!

I was very disappointed in the service of this company. We paid a premium to have this service at our home during a very hectic time for our family and the price did not reflect the service we received. First they did not arrive during time window I requested. I called and they said it would be an additional 40 min. Then it was another 90 min. Finally the installer showed up in a car with a window missing and his car was smoking. Then he pops my hood and asks me where the battery is. What??? You’re supposed to know that. Then he must have a DUI because he walks out to his car to blow on a tube to keep his car running all while he pulls up YouTube learn how to put in my battery. It doesn’t take him long so when I turn on my car I can smell the alcohol on him. Not my idea of a premium service. I will not use 1-800 batteries again and I will tell my friends.

It was a terrible experience. I called at 6:30am on Sunday morning and was given an appointment that someone would deliver and install a car battery between 9-11am that morning. No one ever showed up. I tried calling and I also used the text option. No one responded. I was concerned because they already placed a hold on my account for almost $300. I called again and waited for 4 hours in their queue. I finally gave up and called the next morning and a supervisor explained that they closed at 10am on Sunday. They didn't even turn off their phone queue so that whole time was a complete waste. They came the next morning and did the job but it was a very bad experience and I'm getting AAA so I won't ever be stuck having to call this company ever again

The battery failed after 6 months you r denying the warranty saying I don’t use the car enough. How do you know how much I use the car.??? This is a fraud. Your employee stated that the battery was not proper for a Porsche

I placed an order and was given a window on the same day from 1p-3p. Checked in at 3p and told it would be by 430p. Checked in again at 445p and was told there was no response from the tech. I cancelled it and received the updated order as cancelled, but my credit card was still charged. Customer service has been absolutely horrible. And please let it be noted, that I live in a large city and still couldn't get service. 10/10 don't recommend.

Paid for new battery to be delivered and installed.Taking out the old battery the negative clamp was damaged when prying it off the post. New battery installed with damaged clamp. When Technician left car would not start. Called company and was told it was not their responsability. So i was still stuck with car not starting after a 325 dollar charge...So if you need a battery have it installed by a real professional at a certified station if you can. It will save you time, money & aggravation!..
