“Parcel delivered to local store Friday I went to collect Saturday to be told pick up code incorrect ie not long enough.
Calls to dhl began Saturday to be told they would contact supplier that advised pick up code and supplier could store to arrange pick up with proof of identity!!!
Now a week later parcel still not collected, submitted complaint to dhl by email, phone and facebook but the DHL are as useful as a chocolate fire guard.
Resigned myself to fact parcel will be returned to m&s and card will be credited.

“I have sat in all day waiting for an iPhone to be delivered from Apple. The parcel never left the depot for delivery. I checked it constantly then suddenly out of the blue an entry said the driver couldn’t access my property? I live in a street of detached houses out of town. I’m going away tomorrow so I have had to advise Apple to take it back I don’t want it I’ll make do with my current phone. If they continue Tobias this company I will change to a different brand. when i ring DHL customer services were friendly and do admit they were at fault, but tell me my seller has to deal with it.

“Worst postal company ever. I needed to send some items for a wedding within a week. DHL never came to pick up the package on the assigned date. No pick up on the next day, Nor the next. Then weekend. So now These people are four days late. And no use in sending the parcel. The worst case is you can not even call and ask for a refund. Waste of my time and money. Never use this service if you want your parcel to be delivered on time.”
“Had the most amazing delivery driver today from DHL who asked could my dog have a treat and of course Jack loves his treat from this amazing driver. Best driver I've ever had and the first to ask and off my dog a treat. Have to say I follow "UPS dogs" on FB and always very jealous of the many thousands of dogs waiting patiently for their regular UPS drivers to arrive knowing they're going to get a treat (mainly in America though). Today Jack got his turn by this wonderful driver who works for DHL. don't know his name but please tell him he's made my week and Jacks! Lovely lovely man.”
“AVOID DHL AT ALL COSTS!
I posted a suitcase from Germany to Portugal in August. It’s now 3 MONTHS LATER and the bag, full of warm clothes, is still missing and I’m cold.
The online tracker states the bag is in a German distribution centre. I spent 90 minutes on the phone to find out what happened to the bag, and got through to three different people. They either forwarded me onto someone else, who hung up, or hung up themselves. Words cannot describe how shocked I am by how TERRIBLE DHL IS! I submitted my claim via their online portal to report the missing bag. It's been three weeks and still nothing back from DHL!
DO NOT TRUST DHL WITH YOUR BELONGS!!! THEY WILL LOSE YOUR STUFF, AND THEN IGNORE YOU. UNFORGIVABLE! ”

I can see not just me is going through the same problems with DHL,do they even know what customer service means?
My parcel was delivered and signed by my self when I was at work.Wow magic!Then they tell you after raising this problem with Customer service that they will look in to this and get back to you ASAP,well obviously nobody did.Finally spoke to some useless customer service advisor and she told me my parcel will be delivered today and all of the sudden you get and email from Customer service (that you emailed a week ago) telling you to get in touch with the sender as they can’t find the parcel!Don’t know to laugh out loud or cry!You ask to speak to the manager well they don’t bloody exist! Got this message around 3 hours after the website was stuck telling me I would be the next stop.
"We're sorry but we haven’t been able to deliver as our driver was unable to gain access to the delivery address"
As far as I can tell this means the driver couldn't be bothered delivering my parcel or didn't have the time.
Now I have to pick it up from a store as they won't redeliver on a Sunday.
Completely useless, I wish Halfords would use a different delivery service and I have never had a parcel on time with this company.

“Had a txt message to say parcel was being delivered 12.35-13.35. At 11.46 had 3 missed calls. Was driving at the time. No voicemail left. Finally managed to get hold of the driver. He had left it with a neighbour which was unacceptable to my husband. The sender got them to pick it up but they obviously didn't like that and have failed to deliver. Sender now using another courier for our delivery. Will never knowingly use D H L again.”
“Sent my transcripts via DHL to USC for their admission verification. Tried the registrar, official USC postal mailbox, the secretary's office and her own personal address, as well as one of the staff's rented mailbox. None of them were delivered. Among all 6 attempts only 1 was ever in California. Lost my master program offer because of DHL.”
