Wouldn't complete the delivery to me unless I got the parcel out the back of his van.

If it were possible to leave less than one star or no star, than I would. It has no concept of delivering a parcel, it gives you so much waffle, that you do not know whether its able to deliver parcel in the first. Next orders coming via Hermes, Amazon or Royal Mail, who KNOW HOW TO DELIVER A PARCEL.

If it were possible to leave less than one star, I would. DHL were the chosen courier for my Argos washing machine. Usually they have a 7 day turnaround, but since I ordered it over Christmas I was told 14 days was more likely. The night before the delivery they sent me details of my four hour delivery slot. The next day, 5 minutes before the end of the slot they rand and told me rather rudely no-one was coming. Both drivers were off work with Covid. Whilst I'm sympathetic to that issue, they could have told me at the start of the day. The next available slot was another fortnight. *sigh* Two weeks later they did turn up. Without tools, so they had to borrow mine. They made a total botch job of installing it, leaving it sticking out into my kitchen because they ran out of time. I took photos as they were installing as I couldn't believe the way they clambered all over my kitchen. Within a fortnight my washing machine wasn't working. In clambering over it they broken the front panel, and in using the machine the wires worked loose as the panel wasn't holding them in place. Another week for a repair man, who did a temporary fix, which won't last. Argos agreed to replace it, and put a note on that DHL should send different people to install it. Last night I got my delivery window notification. This morning as the window was coming to a close having heard nothing, I clicked on the tracker to see they'd cancelled my delivery. After being on hold for 20 minutes I got told they couldn't get the van up my street, but would come back next Friday in a smaller van. I had to call THEM to get this information. A manager then rang me back to say they weren't going to bother. They'd got rid of all the smaller vans, and since their contract with Argos is being negotiated and is only confirmed to the end of the month, they couldn't be bothered sourcing an appropriate vehicle just for one delivery!!!!!! Ot only that, so far that haven't yet forwarded this decision officially to Argos, impeding Argos' ability to rectify this for me with any degree of speed. Again, appallingly rude. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. Argos have been amazing, but if I'd ever been heard talking to someone the way every single DHL employee I encountered worked with, I'd have been sacked. There are insufficient words to state how ghastly this business is. Six weeks on and still no washing machine....

Shocking. Waited three days for my delivery, said it was out for delivery each day but only turned up late on the third day damaged. Driver didn’t wait for me to open the day to unsure item was ok. Please never use

They will try to avoid delivering products to the door (despite that service being paid for) and no dates or times given mean anything. Any complaints in connection with that are shrugged off with indifference.

Delay after delay, and didnt use Saturday as a working day when it is with DHL, Disapointing service and expensive dleivery.

Trying to organise a pick up but the telephone number given - 02476 937 770 - is pointless if you don't know what parcel numbers are requested. There is no option to speak with a human for proper help or advice. The website is a mess. A recording is not customer service at any stretch of the imagination. I'm left in limbo.

Recd a text saying parcel would be delivered today “ no signature required “ was left a card saying no one in, rang customer services ( had to pay for the privilege) was told you have to go on website to agree that they could leave it, I said about the text, couldn’t be bothered. Rubbish company. Always having issues,

Very TERRIBLE company,they lost my items and claimed it was delivered then when I called to track they asked me to come pickup at depot only for my husband to get there and meet an empty carton. No words whatsoever,I have sent emails, called but no refunds not even a simple apology NOTHING. TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PARCEL AT YOUR RISK.

Worst customer service I've ever had. An arrangement was made by another company for DHL to pick up a package from me in exchange for another one. On the first day, DHL claimed I was not in when I was, and never came close to my door. On the second day, DHL then waited until 4pm to tell me without apology that it has been rearranged to the next day. I then wait inside the entire day for the third time for DHL to give me a delivery window, and then never turn up without even a text or email to say so. I now have to stay at home all day for the 4th time in the hope that they will magically get their act together and actually arrive at my door. If you have any choice, I would avoid this company in every way possible.

I keep getting messages stating my package will arrive on certain date, but to no avail. My daughter 13 yr old daughter has looked outside for her new shoes for the several days awaiting for the DHL truck to arrive. This is so sad! Why is this company still in business!! How are they able to keep the doors open with this type of service? If you have a choice on carrier please stay away from DHL(Disaster Hazard Losers)

Reckoned they tried to deliver package around 14:00 but at 14:21 it was at the depot ready for collection which is odd as the depot is over an hour and a half away. Asked for re delivery which never occurred. So I contacted the vendor and asked for another item to be sent. DHL finally told me the original package had gone missing. In the back of someone’s boot I reckon.

I've never encountered a service as bad as DHL. For 2 weeks now that I have been trying to get my parcel delivered. I contacted multiple times by call and email to sort out the problems and they would say that all fine now and the parcel will be delivered next day but it wouldn't even leave the depot. My emails were never replied to and now the parcel went back to the sender.

So DHL claims they delivered a package I went down stairs since you didn't bring it to my apt door and guess what no package 🤔 ten minutes from me receiving the email to me going down stairs and nothing is there

This company is so f*** up This company is so f*** up, they have a habit of lying and lazy workers. Second time in a row where they made up they attempted delivery but no delivery was attempted the first and second time as I stayed home twice with my family looking out for it. They honestly just chill and work and make money for nothing by putting it up on the system that ‘they attempted it’ dont trust these lying motherf******.

Dropped at main door of communal block , did not even bother to buzz the intercom , so I at least knew it had been dumped ! One star is to much for this company ! Wish I could give zero

Totally and believably poor service all round. Parcel left on door step on busy road when no one home, a sound bar unwrapped and was stolen. DHL taking no responsibility at all even though picture shows parcel left out on busy.****$ Avoid avoid avoid*****$*

Really did have a bad experience withDHL tried to book a collection 3 times over the phone the first 2 got cut of when I was just about to pay you can’t get in touch with the person that you have been dealing with so have to call again and giver all details again to a completely new person then was cut off again at same point was successful the third time and the person I spoke to took my number and said would call me back if the same thing happened I was so stressed out and had ruined my night had been phoning since 6pm to 8 30pm eventually next day courier came but had to call again for tracking no the saga continued tracing said return to sender couldn’t believe it had to call again to find out what was wrong apparently there was no invoice with the parcel nobody had informed me about an invoice when I booked this over the phone does seem that the staff are not getting trained properly to inform you of everything I have the parcel back now but can’t send it again as to late so I need a refund of £ 89’ 33pence and I also think they should be refunding me for phone calls at 7 pence a minute but bet they wont I am a very frustrated and dissatisfied customer

Customer service is non existent. The number provided asks for a number not left on delivery card. When I managed to speak to an adviser on as premium rate number I was cut off twice. My order is still being held in a locker which no collection code has been provided. The problem is not with delivery but customer service which is as described above.
