“On 01-11-22 aprox 3.30pm I dropped my very important documents at 11054 Ventura Blvd Studio City CA 91604 to be sent to Europe. They gave me Expected arrival day on Friday 01-14-2022 around midnight (I could proof this with my receipt). Today I tracked the package and I got new Expected arrival day by 01-18-2022 . I need this documents to be presented for court issues on Monday 01-17-2022. I talked to DHL representative..Brashel and was told they can’t do noting for faster delivery. So the bottom line is I got mislead by DHL empty promises and my documents won’t be presented for court day on Monday 01-17-2022 thx to DHL. I will not recommend DHL to anyone.”

Love that I spent doing my parcel. I was told my package has been lost ! That is unacceptable ! Unbelievable ! The never gave me any compensation, neither the value of the content of my box . My question was why I wasn't contacted before if they had a problem for delivery and not until I contacted them, we could avoid , all this situation. No Christmas for them! So lack of compasion are this people ! So save yourself the trouble by hiring this company. They Have christmas without presents. Thank you so much! DHL !”
“Horrible service, my parcel was delayed for over a month and finally when i got it in terrible looking box all ripped apart driver didn’t even bother to push door bell just dumped it at the back door and I received a message to my phone saying my parcel was delivered to my address and collected by me.. f..ng joke.. awful awful service”

“Horrible service, I bought a laptop online, the seller didn`t have it collected from DHL on the day expected, so we lost one day, now that I am working the parcel was due to be delivered, so I tried to rearrange the delivery to pick it up from a store, the website and the APP crash every time I try, so I tried over the phone, not possible, the only options was to rearrange to be delivered with a neighbour, so I selected the option, after that I received a message saying that instead of being delivered to my neighbour today (Friday) it will be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday I`ll be working again and if every time I try to rearrange they get it wrong, when am I going to receive my parcel. They are RUBISH!!!"!”

They takes ages to deliver things, don't turn up for booked delivery slots, say they've delivered things when they haven't, deliver items to the wrong address, leave items out in the street/garden/bin without a note, and their Customer Services are appalling.”
“Since the 18th my package has days it’s on hold because they couldn’t find my house. UPS and FEDEX find it just find. I called them and extra directs ( whit home on the corner next to the creek) I was told on 22nd it would be here by end of business day. Didn’t happen. Called again , it’s will be here the 23rd. Didn’t happen. Called again, it will be here the 24th. Didn’t happen. Oh now your closed. So Monday the 27th. Oh it’s actually at the wrong place and was on hold I’ll put it out for delivery. Well it now the 29th and still no delivery.
This is a batting cage for my son and screen. It cost a lot for me so he only got a couple of presents. This being one. Super sad they you continued to give me the wrong information everyday , when I’ll I want to do is give my son his Xmas present. Do know this is a Christmas memory he will always remember. “Rennet that year when DHL never delivered my Christmas present!” His whole life he will share the story about how awful your service was. I think it will reach way more than 10 people.

“I placed an order online for a parcel of cheeses to be sent to a friend. It was 'delivered' by DHL a day later than the requested day, but no big deal. I then received notification from DHL that the parcel had been delivered and signed for, with a photo of the parcel by the front door. Except when I contacted my friend neither he nor his wife had signed for anything, despite the fact that they were at home all day, and specifically at the time of the supposed delivery - which means I was lied to. In addition, the photo wasn't of their door! They are now instigating a hunt for the missing parcel locally before I contact the supplier and have to ask for a refund, as the cheese inside may well spoil by the time they find the parcel, if they ever do. From now on I will check with suppliers which courier they use before I place any orders, and if it's DHL I will go elsewhere.”
“Not only did DHL lie to me several days in a row when calling the international Service number over the last couple of days in regards to an international shipment from one business to another, by promising that they "...for sure will deliver today..." but that did not happen and no communication from their end either and then the DHL Service center in Smyrna, GA has the nerve to update the delivery status to "delivered" which is incorrect since I drove three hours to and from the distribution center and was at least able to pick up the package myself, so no, it did not get "delivered", it was "picked up by receiver" since the status on their tracking website was alternating between "out for delivery" and "on hold" from December 15th through December 23rd 2021.
I guess DHL stands for "delivery handled lousyly".
I understand being understuffed and backlogged but I have a problem when a company or their representatives blatantly lie to their customers.

“I got a notification last Friday saying they parcel could not be delivered on that day. But then this Tuesday, I got another message saying it was delivered last Friday but I never received the parcel. I reached out to helpline multiple times and they promised it would be delivered on the day but it never did. I just don't understand how they could just lie to their customer. I will avoid placing any order if it is delivered by DHL.”
