Noone knows what happened to it. Customer service in the USA where I shipped from gave me wrong tracking info which belong to Jersey Post. Customer service in the UK doesn't even bother to response my queries. I wonder if they're in a business to ship products or stealing products from people like us and selling it online.”

“They gave me a quote for a parcel collection and return to Amazon. I measured the parcel accurately and used the weight on the package that had been delivered to me. I did this in good faith and assumed the weight was correct. They have now taken an extra £76 out of my account without notifying me until after they had taken the money as they said I had given them the wrong dimensions. It is impossible to contact them as they have no phone number and in order to take part in a customer service chat you have to open an account with them. I have no opportunity to dispute this with them and this is a lot of money to charge for a parcel delivery service on top of my original payment to them. Total scam. Do not use.”

“Parcel Monkey is a scam, the same kind as the ones which charge you for arranging official documents when you can actually get them for free. Parcel Monkey doesn't do anything a regular postal service won't do. In the UK, Parcel Force will collect your parcel from your home. No need for Parcel Monkey. Unlike kosher firms such as DHL or Fed-Ex, they have no customs agent. So it's down to you to deal with customs - they take no responsibility. They are a waste of time and money.”
“They don't advertise what they sell. The checkout clearly requires you to highlight, where you wish your item to be returned in case of a failed delivery. Now when it comes to actually returning the item, ParcelMonkey instead routes your parcel to their warehouse and demands further payment (which is 110% more then what I initially purchased). In the UK, this is called fraud by false representation. You can validate this statement by calling Citizens advice. I have challenged Parcelmonkey on this matter and received a refund (for the return), but you won't believe the amount of arguing I had to go through.
My recommendation to Parcelmonkey is to actually inform their clients what they sell (at the checkout). If return is not included, like what you would get if buying directly from the carrier, highlight it. Also get competent people in customer service, who have a clue about logistics & customs.”
“Tldr: don't use Parcel Monkey. Cancelled my overseas shipment service and failed to return my package after it got stuck in USPS postal system. Customer service can't/won't help.
Long version: I cannot understate what an awful experience this has been. I wanted to send a small box from the US to the UK to a friend and Parcel Monkey seemed like a quick but affordable option. Shipped it April 21st and the tracker number provided ceased to show any progress after a week or so.
On May 11, I get notification that the service has been suspended by the courier Asendia and that the package would be returned to the mailing address. Okay, not great, but I received a refund for what I paid to ship and supposedly the package was back on the way via USPS. The package failed to be delivered when it was dispatched by the local post office, but I assumed that they would re-attempt delivery.
Nope. The package started crossing the US, first to Iowa and has been Kansas City at a post office being "prepared for delivery" since May 19. Parcel Monkey customer service has supposedly confirmed that the return address provided is correct on the package, but who knows-- they could be just checking the address I input on their site. Any attempts to get Parcel Monkey's assistance on resolving what's happening to the package has resulted in bland statements that they're investigating and suggestions that I should work with the Postal Service.
Parcel Monkey can't even get a simple postal service package that never left the country returned to the originating address, and there supposed to ship things overseas?! Their customer service is completely online and there's no phone number to contact. Parcel Monkey offered reasonable prices and what seemed like I good service, but like the old saying, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.”

“I sent a parcel to my 5 year old nephew on 24/11/22 and paid £37.64. Parcel was to be delivered on the 6th of December, 2022 at the latest. Parcel Monkey mixed up delivery providers by initially stating that the parcel was to be delivered by DPD when in fact it was UPS. I used the UPS Link I was provided to pay for Customs but there was nothing to pay even though I was asked to pay using the UPS link. By this point, I was in Canada (23/12/22) and I then contacted UPS Canada directly and they confirmed it was the exact same parcel which was supposedly to be delivered by DPD. I asked them to update the delivery address and email address (since my sister moved in the almost 1 month it took to deliver the parcel), still no contact was made to my sister. UPS told me that any change/update needed to come from Aramex (yet another company in this transaction) who were the sender on file and someone declared a higher value for the goods. I contacted Parcel Monkey to let them know what I was told by UPS and they proceeded to tell me that my parcel would be destroyed. My property was destroyed when the mistake was from Parcel Monkey and their partners. Could have just taken the gift myself.”
“It is a completely crooked company. They never picked up the parcel on the day I booked it for. They then rescheduled it to a day I wasn't at home and mixed up further dates.
They claimed that the parcel would arrive with the recipient in 5 working days but it took it 2 weeks.
Then, 3 weeks later, they unlawfully charged me £47 claiming that the size and/or weight was not as I declared, which was a complete lie. Weight was actually 0.7 kg below my declared weight and sizes were spot on. Obviously they never provided any proof to their claims.
They are absolute crooks. Stay away from them, otherwise they will steal your money.”

My parcel to the USA was sent via them and my measurments and weight which I checked three times to make sure they were correct, even allowing a bit extra for mistakes.
The parcel 27cm x27cm x20cm 2.7 kilo cost £37.78 which was about the usual price of the size parcel I send every year.
The courier state it was much larger by almost twice the size and gave me a surcharge of £51.59 making the total cost £89.37 which was considerably more than Royal Mail had assessed it....and they agreed with my weight and measurements.
Parcel Monkey have done nothing to help me despite several e mails from me.
Parcel Monkey have allowed one of their couriers to scam me with no recourse.
AVOID AT ALL COST.”
