Lost my parcel PM10766810 - even though I PAID for insurance it's been over a month and they just say "As soon as we hear back from the courier, we will contact you immediately." They used DHL courier shipment ref: 31385670453426. Their claims procedure STINKS!”
“Tried ParcelMonkey for the very first time, shipping a box from the US to the UK via Fedex.
They lost the package—and, because it's Fedex, there's no insurance, so not claimable.
FIRST. PACKAGE. I mean please.”
“Avoid like the plague - I had a disability scooter parcelled by a customer there were 2 parcels within weight and dimensions when the courier came to their property to collect they were told that Parcelforce don’t collect electrical items?
The mobility scooter was never collected and they took my money obviously in advance and now these people are faceless and I can’t get a refund - They claim EXACTLY the same service as Parcelforce this is a lie because when I contacted Parcelforce with regards to the parcel failing to be collected by Parcelforce they told me your contract is with Parcelmonkey not us so take it up with them?

“Dishonest, they lost my parcel and tried to say it was returned to me. Firstly no reason provide, no signature proof of delivery- I was at work when they claimed to have returned without any reasoning.
For months we went round and round in circles as they have been lying all along, my parcel was insured I paid a premium of £40 to insure which is pure rip off as they don't insure you simple take you money.
They have no call centres instead you send multiple emails, takes days if not weeks to reply, every time its a new person replying- poor customer service infact zero customer service, they are liars and have the audacity to blame customer.
I paid for a service and they failed to delivery my package and have lost my item, the tracking number proves this as they don't have a record of delivery or return.
AVOID THIS COMPANY, I have read multiple reviews all the same- they need to take this seriously and pay me for my item instead of shifting the blame onto me.
They delayed for months then tried to say its been too long, what a joke- having provided all the info they required they then give the same reason stating it was redelivered such a weak response you accepted responsibility waste my time to provide evidence then tell it was returned.
Its day light robbery- customers cannot do anything as they simple have no respect nor do they value customers, sale of good and service act 1984 haven't even refunded for the service which they charged me for in full
Paid for £1000 insurance- means nothing DO NOT SURE PARCELMONKEY, INSURANCE IS A SCAM- THEY LOSE YOUR PARCELS AND DISHONEST AND BLAME CUSTOMERS- WHY WOULD YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT REASONING- NO PROOF OF RETURN, COMPLETE JOKER- SCAM”
“This is the worse Company ever. I paid for DHL Global Express $172.00 and shipped last Wednesday to the Philippines. My order is still in the USA and I have no tracking. Customer Service takes a long time to answer and give you a BS answer. I am getting angry emails from my customer and there is nothing that I can do. Honestly run as fast as you can from this Company. Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. This Company does not even deserve a one star.”
“AVOID at all cost. They lose packages and do not follow up, zero customer service and terrible attitude throughout their staff. It took me 8 months to get a response for my missing parcel thanks to the Police Force, to this day Parcel Monkey have not responded further nor care. AVOID!”
“After a month of being given the run around, parcel monkey have now admitted the courier they used have lost my parcel. Now trying to claim a refund on the product is another challenge. They thought they had me when I was unable to produce an original invoice, threatening to close the claim without it. Now I've produced the invoice they've replied ( in text messages because you can't speak to anyone) I have to wait 30 days for my claim to be "investigated" and they will be in touch when they know more. I've messaged numerous times asking them to explain their term of "investigate" and why I can't be issued a refund now I've done everything they've asked and my messages are being ignored.
Never use a company with no telephone number!”
“Terrible terrible service. Override and mess up Parcelforce collections. Change labels without telling you and slow response times with awful chat support ( Someone called 'Hans' sarcastic and rude ).
My stupid mistake for using them and not Parcelforce directly. while Parcelforce apologise and will issue a full refund for non collection - Parcelmonkey wont pass on the refund and keep the money.
Avoid and use couriers directly.”
“No transparency with customs costs after parcel is sent. I booked with DHL using express, I measured the dimensions of the box with a tape measure and weighed it, yet I was charged extra on top of customs charges for not providing accurate information. It’s DHL’s words against mine, total bs, can’t prove anything. The extra cost was deducted from my credit card without my permission or any prior notification or consultation, and a vague invoice. Total scammers, beware. Do not use Parcel Monkey or DHL, they will keep pinging you, and you can’t stop them.”
“Biggest scam!! I have used them before they lost and then found my package - now they have said my package is sitting at the a depot and it is lost - but they are lying - they have no taken my shipping label away to review which i think they work with UPS as a scam”
“Awful all these good reviews must be fake. We payed for parcel monkey to return a package to amazon. Firstly amazon never recieved the package, then the company chaged more money. They will con you out of everything. DO NOT USE THEM. UNTRUSTWORTHY”
“Fake discount website, don't waste your time. You are presented with a list of different couriers and a price estimate for each (based on weight alone), so naturally you see what the cheapest one offers. After entering more package details, the estimate suddenly shoots up. So you think, maybe now one of the other couriers will be cheaper. But no matter which you pick, the estimated price is now the exact same. Waste of time.”
“Paid for an oversize item, I even over estimated weight by 4 kg. Apparently package was bigger (which is impossible as have checked manufacture specs etc) Without permission my card details were used to take out a further £100 and PM have refused to help. I ended up paying in excess of £130 (inc orriinal postage) for goods worth £100”
“DO NOT USE. Collected my parcel, stated they delivered it, but they had not delivered it. Then admitted that they lost my parcel. Played me about chronically and tricked me with the insurance claim, sending me an insurance claim form for a 3rd party, then telling me I had 48 hours to fill out another second insurance claim, which I questioned as to why. then they claimed I was too late for insurance claim. Im now having to pursue via small claims court and will report to trading standards. you have be warned. ITS A SCAM. DO NOT USE”
“Useless. They sell you the same service for a little less having removed most of the insurance value. When the idiot carriers claim a parcel is overweight and charge them they take it on the chin on your behalf and charge you without warning having no evidence to show for the claim.
Utterly useless and they are not that sharp either so are a nightmare to talk to as it's like groundhog day every day you try to resolve it.”

“Sending a package has never been such a nightmare before. I chose the function of wrapping in film, but they did not, and the box came wrinkled in the corners! They lied that the recipient refused the parcel, but the parcel did not even reach its destination. They don't want to deal with it, but shipping was expensive. I do not advise anyone and will never use their service again, I lost a lot of money”
